Privacy Policy
PropertyWork privacy overview
PropertyWork is designed for private, invitation-controlled property operations. This page explains the intended privacy posture for owners, supervisors, workers, and platform support.
Information stored
The app may store account details, role assignments, property records, work notes, messages, photos, receipts, documents, expenses, payments, check-in/out events, reminders, notifications, support-view audit records, and security logs.
Role-scoped access
Users should only see information allowed by their role, business, property assignment, and document visibility. Sensitive records must display clear visibility labels before and after upload.
Support access
Platform Admin support access exists for troubleshooting, testing, and assisted setup. Support View sessions must be visibly indicated and audit logged with a reason.
Mobile app data
The Android app may support push notifications, camera/photo uploads, check-in/out, lunch tracking, messages, and field workflows. Location should be captured only when submitted with a check-in/out event, not as continuous tracking.
Owner responsibility
Owners are responsible for deciding what information they upload, who they invite, which documents are shared, and whether their use of the system satisfies their legal, tax, payroll, labor, and privacy obligations.
Production review required
This policy text is a launch-ready operational baseline, not legal advice. A qualified professional should review final public terms, privacy language, and jurisdiction-specific requirements before paid public launch.
